These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the services provided by

Lights & Lenses

Your access and use of this service constitutes your agreement to be bound by these Terms, which establishes a contractual relationship between you and Lights & Lenses.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the service.

We offer photography and videography services for Weddings, Pre-Weddings, Family & Maternity Shoots, Corporate Shoots and so on.

Please note that additional travel fee may apply if you want the photo shoot to happen outside of the city center (we will always give notice in advance about this). Additional travel fee is also applicable to some locations from our list of destinations. The customer is always informed about such travel fee before booking the service.

CANCELLATION POLICY

In case you will not be able to attend the shoot please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to rearrange the date of photo shoot.

An advance of 50% of the total shoot cost, will be taken from the customer, before the shoot.

Notification of cancellation from the User:

More than three days before the scheduled photo shoot: 5% the advance, will not be refunded.
Less than three days before the scheduled photo shoot: 15% of the advance, will not be refunded.
Day before the photo shoot and less: 25% of the advance, will not be refunded.

DELIVERY OF YOUR MEDIA

We will deliver your photos via personalised, online drive gallery/a flash drive.

The link to this gallery will be send to you via email/phone number that you submitted to the booking form.

We will deliver your edited photos, no later than 30 business days after your Wedding and in case of your edited film, no later than 60 business days.

In case of other smaller shoots, like pre-weddings, family shoots and so on, delivery can be discussed accordingly

For the album, client then makes his/her selection of photos.

Album will be delivered in no more than 45 business days.

Client has the rights to use all delivered media for personal and non-commercial use only. They could e.g. print the photos, share with friends etc.

We will never sublicense your photos and we reserve the right to use the photos for promotional purposes on our website, social media profiles, printed materials etc.

Client could inform us anytime that he or she does not agree with such usage and we would never use the photos in such way.

COMPLAINTS POLICY

By booking the service you agree that you are familiar with our style and you agree to receive your media in such style and quality.

In case of any problem with the shoot please contact us immediately so we could handle the complaint as soon as possible.

We will do our best to solve the issue.

We have no control over major, extraordinary circumstances and weather conditions.

Shoots could take place in any weather conditions since we are professionals and could suggest locations where it is possible to shoot in the rain etc.

However we will try to rearrange day and time of the photo shoot if there is bad forecast for the day of the photo shoot.
